Shop Policies

Every W7 piece is printed or stitched when you order it by our print partner, Printful, then shipped to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Waldo7Labs (Jesse Chesnut, Iron Station, NC) is the seller.

• Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, no matter how many items.
• We ship to US addresses only for now. No international orders yet.
• Making an item usually takes 2 to 7 days, then it ships. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. These are estimates, not promises; busy weeks like Black Friday can take longer.
• For Christmas, order by December 11 (Printful’s last safe day for standard US shipping).
• You get an email when your order ships. Please check your address at checkout: an order sent to the address you typed cannot be redirected once it ships.

Because each item is made just for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Check the size notes on each product before you order.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or wrong, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We will fix it with a free replacement, or a refund for that item if it cannot be replaced.

If tracking says it was delivered but you do not have it, or it seems lost, email us and we will look into it with Printful and the carrier.

Email [email protected] as soon as you can. Printful starts making orders quickly, so once production has started an order usually cannot be changed or canceled.

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. Waldo7Labs is registered to collect North Carolina sales tax starting November 1, 2026.
• Deals, prize codes, W7 Club codes (from the Welcome Spin, W7 Gold or the old Daily Roll) and credit codes follow the rules shown with them. Only one applies per order: the one that saves you more. Codes have no cash value.
• Payments go through Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Reserve it saves your pick for free. It is not an order: no card, no charge and nothing held. To buy it, check out after the store opens. See the merch page for dates.

W7 designs are original to Waldo7Labs. Please do not copy or resell them. If you think a design uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the details and we will look at it right away.
