Introduction

Welcome to Waldo7Labs. By using our services, you agree to these terms. They cover all the websites, software, and advice we provide at us.

Asset Ownership

You own the final code and designs once paid in full. However, we retain rights to:

Reuse underlying utility libraries and tools.
Display the work in our portfolio.
Retain ownership of pre-existing tools used.

Monthly & Yearly Plans

Ongoing services (social media tools, maintenance, add-ons) run month-to-month by default with no long-term contract. Switching to yearly billing locks in a discount and reduces how often you think about invoices — everything else about the service stays identical.

Monthly: pay as you go, cancel anytime from your client portal.
Yearly: same service, billed once a year at a reduced rate.
Switching between monthly and yearly is a plan change, not a new agreement.

Hosting & Domains

Every site we build runs on enterprise-grade global infrastructure — the same network tier used by major platforms worldwide, with built-in DDoS protection, edge caching, and automatic SSL. We pass that scale directly to you.

Hosting runs roughly 75% cheaper than typical agency or shared-hosting pricing.
Domain registration and renewal run well under standard registrar markups.
No surprise renewal spikes — pricing stays consistent year over year.

SEO, GBP & AI Visibility

We guarantee this work is done correctly, consistently, and to current best practices. We do not guarantee specific rankings, a "#1" placement, being recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT or Google AI, or a specific volume of leads, calls, or reviews. Search engines and AI platforms control their own systems, which change without notice.

Ranking and AI-recommendation systems weigh consistency and reputation built over time, not a single setup — applicable SEO/GBP/AI add-ons include at least 3 months of active, ongoing optimization for this reason.
We provide the tools, technical setup, and guidance necessary for these systems to work. Actually reaching top visibility also depends on factors within your control: ads, actively requesting and responding to reviews, reputation, word of mouth, and general business growth.
We're not responsible for outcomes that depend on your own follow-through on those fronts.

Sustained visibility gains often need ongoing background work beyond a signed package's original scope. Additional work is billed at $75/hour, capped at $150/month without separate written approval — anything beyond that cap requires a separately quoted and signed add-on before it's billed.

Who Is Responsible

We build high-quality software but cannot guarantee 100% uptime of third-party services. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party outages.

Termination Logic

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes initial deposits, one-time build fees, and recurring subscription charges already processed. Custom development and design time cannot be recovered once allocated to your project.

Monthly and yearly subscription services are billed in advance and are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel future billing any time from your client portal or by written request — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Support Scope

Support included with your plan covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and questions about your active build or subscription, via email or your client portal. It does not include:
