When can I buy a W7 hat?
The store opens Sunday, November 1 at 10 AM Eastern. Everyone on the list gets early access Sunday, November 1 at 8 AM Eastern. Until then you can reserve a hat for free. A reservation is not an order, so nothing is held or charged.
How do the hats fit?
Most are one size fits most. Snapbacks and truckers close with a snap in the back, dad hats with a strap or a buckle, and the youth cap is a youth size. Each hat's page lists its own fit and blank.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.99 per order, no matter how many items, and free when your items come to $75 or more after discounts. We ship to US addresses.
When will my hat come?
Each hat is made when you order it, then shipped. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I return a hat?
Each item is made just for you by Printful, then shipped. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. Since it's made for you, we can't take returns for size or a change of mind, so check the size chart first. If it shows up damaged or wrong, email [email protected] with a photo within 21 days and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
