When does the store open?
The store opens to everyone Sunday, November 1 at 10 AM Eastern. Everyone on the list gets early access Sunday, November 1 at 8 AM Eastern.
What does Reserve it do?
It saves your pick for free. No card and no charge. We email you first at 8 AM on 11/1 with a link that opens your pick with the color and size set. A reservation is not an order, so nothing is held. Check out to make it yours.
How does the giveaway work?
Join the list or reserve a piece for one entry. Following @waldo7labs on Instagram, following Waldo7Labs on Facebook, or sharing the post adds one entry each. No purchase necessary. The winner is drawn on Black Friday, November 27. The full rules are at waldo7labs.com/merch/giveaway-rules.
When will my order come?
Each item is made when you order it, then shipped. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
December 11. That is Printful's last safe day for standard shipping to US addresses in their 2026 holiday guide. Black Friday and Cyber Monday weeks are busy, so order early if you can.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.99 per order, no matter how many items. We ship to US addresses.
Can I return it?
Each item is made just for you, so we can not take returns for size or a change of mind. If it shows up damaged or wrong, email [email protected] with a photo within 30 days and we will fix it.
How do the tees fit?
The tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 and fit true to size. The hoodie is a Gildan 18500 with a roomy fit.
I have a W7 merch credit code. How do I use it?
