Official rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is Waldo7Labs, Iron Station, North Carolina ("Sponsor"). Questions: [email protected].

2. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

3. Who can enter

Businesses located in North Carolina or South Carolina, entered by an owner or manager who is 18 or older. One entry per business. Sponsor's employees and their households, and current Waldo7Labs website clients, may not win.

4. How to enter

Fill in the form at https://waldo7labs.com/win-a-website between now and Friday, January 8, 2027 at 11:59 AM ET, then tap the confirm link we email you. An entry counts only after it is confirmed. One entry per business: one per email address, one per company email domain, and one per business name and town. Duplicate entries are removed.

5. The prize

One Starter Site build from Waldo7Labs: a custom website of up to 5 pages, designed and built by Jesse Chesnut. Approximate retail value $695, the current Starter Site price.

Not included: domain renewals after the first year (the first year of a new domain is included, the same as for every site), hosting and care after launch (optional plans start at $15 a month, or you can host it yourself), and paid add ons. No cash value, not transferable, no substitution except by Sponsor.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we get. Every confirmed business has the same one entry.

7. The draw

One winner is drawn at random on Friday, January 8, 2027 at noon ET from all confirmed, eligible entries, each with the same one entry. The draw uses a secret seed locked when the giveaway opened; its SHA-256 hash is shown on the giveaway page from the start, and the seed and a hash of the entry list are posted after the draw, so anyone can check the result was not changed.

8. Winner notification

The winner is emailed at the address they entered with, after Sponsor checks the entry is eligible. The winner must accept within 14 days using the link in that email, or an alternate winner is drawn the same way. The build is scheduled with the winner and starts within 90 days of accepting.

9. Everyone else

On draw day every other confirmed entry gets a one time code for $100 off a new Waldo7Labs website build, good for 60 days.

10. Privacy

We use your details to run this giveaway and to email you about it: the confirm email, a note that you are in, and the result. We do not sell or share your details. After the draw Jesse may follow up personally about a website; you can say no or unsubscribe at any time.

11. General

Sponsor may disqualify entries that break these rules or use fake details. The winner is responsible for any taxes. Prizes over $600 get an IRS Form 1099, and the winner must give a W-9 to claim. Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if something outside its control affects it. North Carolina law applies.

12. Facebook and Instagram

Not sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook or Instagram. You do not have to follow, like or share anything to enter.
