Where they started
The problem.
Bad Empire works out of a booth in New York's Diamond District and sells very different things: one of a kind flooded watches priced by quote, made to order trucker caps at a fixed price, and French Bulldog stud service. Each one needs a different next step, and all of it had to feel like one loud, consistent brand.
What we did about it
What we built.
We built a custom storefront in their street style. Merch pulls live from Shopify, so the caps show their price and go straight to Shopify checkout. Watches live in The Vault, filtered by collection and marked limited or sold out, and every piece leads to a call for quote.
Custom watch commissions, the King Mauve stud booking and a contact form cover everything that is not an off the shelf sale, and the Diamond Blend coffee already has its place in the menu, marked coming soon.
