Where they started

The problem.

One artist, 33 handcrafted horror dioramas, and no way for collectors to find them. The work was selling on eBay but the searches that mattered, phrases like Tremors diorama or Halloween shelf display, went to shops with budgets and no craft.

A catalog that small normally cannot compete for search at all.

What we did about it

What we built.

We turned 33 pieces into 193 pages. Every film crossed with the formats collectors actually search for, plus a hub page for each franchise, so a small catalog covers a large amount of ground without a single thin or invented page. Then we built the store to be read by machines as well as people: a plain English brief at /llms.txt written for AI models, every major AI crawler named and allowed, and a structured dataset describing scales and figure lines so an assistant can answer which display fits my NECA figures with this shop.

Underneath it all sits a fully static site on Cloudflare edge and a 3D town you can walk around.
