Where they started
The problem.
Marquee Moments rents 4 foot light up marquee letters for weddings, birthdays, proms and corporate events across New York's Capital Region. Nobody can see the letters in person before renting them, so the site has to help people picture the setup at their own event, then make asking for a quote the easy next step.
What we did about it
What we built.
The site is built in their gold and charcoal, with event video behind the headline and photos of lit up setups all the way down. On the Build Your Moment page, customers type a phrase and the lit letters preview as they type. They pick lighting upgrades and extras like fog, cold sparks or a tent, then send the request in three short steps: the display, the event, and the venue details.
A summary and estimated quote goes out by email. Packages and prices are posted, the rental process spells out the 50% deposit that holds a date and the delivery, setup and pickup that come with every rental, and local pages cover Albany, Saratoga Springs, Troy, Schenectady and the towns around them.
